Do you offer refunds?
You have 14 days for a full refund from date of delivery. For items which can be returned we can only accept the items back to us if they have been unused and are still sealed for hygiene purposes.
All item(s) will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. If this does happen, we may ask you to cover the delivery costs.
If the item(s) are faulty, you will need to send us clear photos & videos within 24hrs of receiving the item(s) and return back to us in its original packaging for a full refund.

Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund?
We offer free returns shipping.
All of our Hairgredients products are shipped to you from the UK via a secure, tracked shipping method. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, please provide a physical address.
UK delivery: Any orders made will be shipped from Tuesday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed Saturday - Monday will be processed the following business day.
Worldwide delivery: Any orders made will be shipped with DPD on their designated pick up dates which is twice a week.
How long does it take to get my products?
Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.
Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
How much does it cost?
We provide free UK shipping. On all other destinations shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

Yes, we ship our products worldwide.
Will there be a customs charge on international orders?
On all international orders you may be charged upon delivery for buying & importing products into your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are not aware of the costs as it is based on the country. Nez Hasan does not take any responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the costs must be covered by the customer.
